winner to me is someone who throws themselves heart and soul into a project, immersing themselves and coming up with solid solutions. She communicates well, keeps her promises, responds by email or phone in a timely manner. Her discussion of my book, Sharing My Soul, shows that she read and understood its core messages. This allowed her to design relevant marketing material in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Elena as a detail oriented, fair and objective marketing/publishing genius.I thank her for her time and efforts and constant updates , and I would be pleased if she were given a role in the marketing/publishing of my additional books.

Prognostication: Principles and Practice" "I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude and highest recommendation for the marketing services provided by Emma Jones.Throughout the entire process, I felt exceptionally well-guided. Emma possesses a rare ability to demystify the complexities of the modern book market. She developed a comprehensive strategy that respected the integrity of the work while ensuring it reached its intended audience of professionals and students. Her insights into digital placement, targeted outreach, and brand positioning were instrumental in the successful launch of the paperback. It is rare to work with someone who so clearly knows her work. Emma’s technical proficiency is matched only by her dedication to her clients. She was consistently responsive, proactive, and meticulous in every phase of the campaign. Her guidance gave me the confidence to navigate the competitive publishing landscape with ease. The results speak for themselves, and I am incredibly pleased with the visibility the book has achieved under her stewardship. We began working with Expert Book in January of 2024. Once our book was finally finished, formatted, edited and published we were ready for marketing and social media. That was when the magic began. We were introduced to Emma Jones in April of 2025. Emma leads the social media and marketing team. From the very first call we knew we were in the right hands. Emma is sharp, engaged, enthusiastic, pro active and a genuinely kind, caring and top notch professional. She dove in with both feet communicating with and including us in every step. The quality of her work is above expectations. The visuals and the text are incredibly professional. The topic of our book includes aviation, war, combat, personal experiences, crash investigations and a certain amount of technical information. We are amazed at how on point her media, ads and postings are given the specificity of our book. It is as if an aviation expert wrote the text in language that would capture the interest of a multitude of readers. Our relationship with Emma has been the highlight of our experience with Expert Book. We enthusiastically continue to work with her.

I have worked with Elena Smith and Expert Book Publisher on multiple projects over an extended period of time. Like any working relationship, there have been occasional hiccups along the way. What has mattered most to me, however, is how those moments were handled—and Elena has consistently been the go-to person who helped get things ironed out. Elena’s work is excellent, timely, and dependable. She communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and remains accessible when questions or adjustments are needed. When challenges arose, she did not avoid them or deflect responsibility. Instead, she listened carefully, responded promptly, and worked diligently to find solutions. That kind of responsiveness builds trust. One thing I particularly appreciate is how Elena receives my many unique and often non-standard requests. My projects are complex and frequently evolve as they develop. Elena has always approached those requests with graciousness and professionalism, never treating them as an inconvenience. She understands that authors and projects are not one-size-fits-all, and she handles that reality well. While the process with Expert Book Publisher has not been perfect, the team has been responsive to my concerns and open to growth and improvement. In that environment, Elena has truly been a shining star. Her steady presence, problem-solving attitude, and commitment to quality have made a meaningful difference in my overall experience. I value working relationships built on communication, integrity, and follow-through, and Elena exemplifies those qualities. I would recommend her to authors looking for a professional, responsive, and gracious publishing partner—especially those working on unique or mission-driven projects.

There were a number of changes and they did the all very well. Book was done in the time frame promised.

The company has been great to work with. They helped through the process to assure my book would be exceptional. They walked me through the process one step at a time. Any concerns I had were addressed and solved immediately.

I had a great experience with Jason as my project manager at Expert Book Publisher. He emailed me almost daily to keep me updated on how my book was coming along and made sure everything was running smoothly. His kind emails and availability for phone calls was helpful and encouraging. He is an extremely hard worker and did an amazing job handling the publishing of my book. I received the first copy of my book a few days ago and I love it. Great job Jason and Expert Book Publisher!
