Title: Extremely disappointing experience; avoided by others I am extremely disappointed with Expertbookpublisher. After 11 months, I still have not received my book. I have called and texted multiple times with no resolution. They sent me AI-generated art that was not appropriate for my book, which I clearly rejected. They also misplaced my manuscript, which I had professionally edited before sending it to them. I believe this company is engaging in dishonest and unprofessional practices. I am preparing to pursue legal action and seeking a full refund. I have kept all communications and will forward them to my attorney. Recently, I spoke with someone who promised to complete the project immediately, but the preview they sent contained numerous grammar errors and artwork that looked like it was produced by a novice. This experience has been misleading and frustrating. Warning to others: proceed with extreme caution, if at all. I do not recommend using Expertbookpublisher.

Complete scam and 3 months of incompetence and wasted time. 3 months of hell with multiple reps that lie through their teeth. I ended up doing all of it myself. Fought another 3 months to get my money back through my credit card company. This place is a joke and they post their own reviews. Avoid them like the plague. Then they said they never represented me. ANOTHER LIE!!!

Unprofessional, Misleading, and Unreliable My experience with this publishing company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Throughout the process, they repeatedly changed pricing and requested additional payments, creating a lack of trust and transparency. The editing quality was far below professional standards—comparable to basic automated tools—and delays were so extensive that I ultimately completed the edits myself to avoid further setbacks. Communication with the company was unclear and inconsistent, often leaving me without answers or direction. They only began to reach out once I published a review for the company. When I requested a refund, they agreed to issue one, but only after I removed my initial honest review. I complied in good faith, yet no refund was ever provided. Since then, they have completely stopped responding, effectively ghosting me. This behavior is unacceptable for a company operating in the publishing industry. They have demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity. I strongly advise authors to avoid working with this company.

Writers, Be Careful I signed up with this company, Expert Book Publisher, for book marketing services and came away very dissatisfied. They charged top-dollar fees, but much of what I received was irrelevant or poorly done — including AI-generated graphics that had nothing to do with my book or poorly represented the stories. In the end, I was left rewriting and editing most of the material myself. The bigger problem was what happened online: posts about my book started appearing on a questionable blog, seemingly linked out to explicit or and malicious sites. When I asked to have my pen name removed, I got no real help or was ignored. Eventually, I pushed hard enough to get a refund, but only after a LOT of back and forth. On top of that, when my attorney tried to send a formal request to the address listed on the company’s site, the mail came back as undeliverable — raising concerns about how this business is actually set up and why it’s so difficult to reach them. Communication was hit-or-miss, and at times it felt to me roles were not transparent and I was uncertain if they were using aliases. The whole thing left me frustrated and distrustful. Yes, I did finally recover my money, but my pen name is still floating around online in connection with connected content that is highly graphic and offensive and which I never approved, and I have no effective way to get it taken down. I’m sharing this so other authors can make a fully informed choice before deciding to work with Expert Book Publisher. I urge caution when considering engaging with this company, based on my documented experiences.

This company is a SCAM! Avoid at all costs. 3 months of hell and bogus article releases to non existent publications, a dead webpage design with no links, back and forth corrections which NEVER happen. What a joke! How do you get book reviews when YOUR BOOK hasn't been printed or released yet? All of their staff are literary illiterates who have no clue as how to publish a book. Everything about them is BOGUS! I would avoid them like the plaque. Get a reputable publisher and do your research before you commit. The reviews on their website do NOT accurately portray their service. Search out to find their horrible reviews and see for yourself. This company is a store front con based in LA California, and they are foreign owned. BEWARE!

There is no contract to protect yourself from this deceptive company, only a non competition agreement. I walked away leaving the $1000 that I spent, on their table because of all of the additional money they demanded from me before I could even get a proof! They expect you pay extra for ISBN, barcode and Library of Congress Registration. All of this was not disclosed where I thought this was part of the initial expense. They are very very slow to make revisions and just do a crappy job with it, I had to make revisions over and over and over because they left out pages and messed up the format continually. They actually did not use the format that I wanted and changed the cover to something different and refused to make revisions according to my desires. Run! Don't walk away from these yahoows. Oh! AND when I cancelled, they still got all of the money, then they promptly sold my information to another publishing outfit! Just ewwwwwwwwww

Amateur quality book with multiple glaring errors needing correction. They are pleasant to work with but need quality control, and lessons in responsible corporate behavior. Books they printed (sent and billed) were sized 11x8.5, pages unnumbered (despite TOC with reference to page number. No ISBN numbers, publisher name, nor reference to Library of Congress. Very disapponted in almost every aspect of work.
