They are scam!!!!! Answer is wrong, and their payment is FRAUD !!! I cancelled my subscription and closed my account, and THEY KEEP CHARGING me every month.

Chegg help is a SCAM! They constantly give you wrong answers, and the "experts" are rude. I had one harass me in the comments asking "why no thumbs up? remove thumbs down now!" Like sorry sir, your answer was incorrect? Also, they don't even allow you to post Q&A questions. According to their website if you post any curriculum it's copyright infringement and you can and will get reported. I was reported to the DMCA and they wouldn't even tell me exactly which question infringed on their copyright. I don't understand how they can offer a Q&A service but in their legal copyright page it CLEARLY states any material that you are personally not the author of is subject to investigation and potential legal ramifications. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU WRONG ANSWERS THEN REPORT YOU FOR ASKING FOR HELP!!! DON'T DO IT!!

Asked to make an account only to get asked to pay , so there’s no point

ISSUE #1: I was charged for another month's membership (Jan 2021) when I had canceled it in December 2020 (around the 12th) right after my semester ended. Cheggs sent an email stating that they had charged me by mistake and will refund my membership fee. ISSUE #2: The card they charged was NOT the card I had on file. The card Cheggs charged was my bank card that I had them remove in November (I have the chat log in writing). Now the customer service from Cheggs was giving me BS about how I had canceled my membership wrong thus it incurred another charged even though I RECEIVED THEIR EMAIL STATING THAT THEY ARE THE ONES THAT MADE THE MISTAKE. This "mistake" that was charged to the WRONG CREDIT CARD (not the card I have on file) incurred an NSF fee which they Cheggs customer service representative tells me that they "don't reimburse nsf fees" not even if it was their mistake that caused it. THEY ARE THIEVES. DO NOT USE CHEGGS EVER!

Scam!! All the answers were incorrect. After contacting customer service to make them aware I was told that the experts try their best!! After receiving 7 incorrect answers. Stay far away Chegg is truly a legit scam
