Banned my account due to using a 'non-real email' after two days without any notification. Had to find out by texting customer services. They were unwilling to give a refund.

This company is all ****ed up. I asked expert questions and they kept suspending and deleting my questions due to me "dishonoring their honor code" SO I decided to test them. I asked whats 2+2. And chegg deleted my question because they accused me of cheating for an exam. Scam site.

I have been a member since 2020. Now they have removed all links to the Solution Section and left courses which I can find on YouTube for free

Total scam, the answer was created by an AI bot.

The only thing worse than all the incorrect answers that they give you is the terrible customer service. If you can get an actual person on the phone they couldn’t care less about your experience and tell you there is nothing they can do.

So, once I received wrong answer for the question I asked (mind you, I asked for a pseudocode, but so-called 'experts' provided with bunch of questions and answers). I reposted the questions highlighting NOT to just simply put some random questions and answers, and to provide me with Pseudocode, I also provided an example of Pseudocode I want. Alas, the same so-called 'expert' just copy pasted his previous answer to my question once again. Reached out to the Customer Service. They informed me that their T&C indicates that experts are human (aww!), and THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT RIGHT ANSWER (OR EVEN ANY ANSWER) will be given. So, ya ABSOLUTE SCAMS!

The "expert" tutors constantly give wrong answers, and what's worst is they COPY FROM WIKIPEDIA. In addition there's always a bug within the site, and it makes your subscription useless. They won't compensate you for the days/weeks you weren't able to use your account because of the bugs on their end. The customer service people are college boys who have no idea how to talk to a customer. Beware of Chegg and take your money somewhere else
