Email said 20% discount across the whole site. I placed the order but saw NO discount applied at all. Nor was there any discount code to apply. I needed what I ordered, so went ahead with it. But this is really bad advertising and next time, I will hold off until I can speak with a human about the discount.
Response from ExperienceCBD.comFeb 17, 2020
We apologize for the inconvenience. We went ahead and applied the 20% discount to your order and you will be receiving a $20.00 refund. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you again for shopping at ExperienceCBD.com

Valentine BOGO offer had no offer code.. finally figured out all you had to do was enter ‘2’ of the item... beware if you put in a lower priced item it will give them to you for free instead of BOGO of the more expensive item.
Response from ExperienceCBD.comFeb 12, 2020
Hello Lucille, Usually our BOGO sales are automatically discounted, and we apologize if it was not cleared stated. Buy one, get one, FREE sales will always be as stated: When you buy one, you receive the second item of equal or lesser value for FREE. Hope this helps.

Full spectrum cbd oil has really made a huge difference in my arthritic fingers. I tried another brand and it did not work. If you have arthritis I would hive this a try.
Response from ExperienceCBD.comFeb 12, 2020
Thank you for the review Kim. We are so glad our Full Spectrum Tinctures are working for you. If you like our unflavored full spectrum tinctures, you will LOVE our new Flavored Full Spectrum Tinctures. Give it a try and let us know what you think :)
