Louise cold called our CEO's mobile and additionally called the main line of our company on several occasions. She was aggressive to our office staff, demanding personal details of our CEO. She used several lines of deceit (varied for each call) claiming to have previously spoken to our trustee or on behalf of ERA's trustee Colin Loudon (who is a consultant).
