You don't have a six out of five stars option ! Generally faultless service. Very accessible forms for filling out tax information. Very quick response to questions. Very polite and helpful behaviour. People are fully competent at their particular job. What could have been a very stressful process during Covid 19 was made as easy as it could have been. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Would only not come back because I might consider doing my tax myself, as doing a single year might not be that difficult for me, now that I have some idea of what American tax is like. But I haven't made that decision yet and would certainly come to you if I didn't do my tax myself. Generally superb service on your part.
