I had a very good experience! Communication between team members could be better, so clients do not have to answer the same questions twice or more via email to different people. But overall very good.

Easy from the start. The whole process was easy with the new format that began for me this year. The communication was very good as well. All questions answered and explained, which I appreciated very much. Only reason not a 5-star is the server security is so tight I had trouble getting onto my online account (got it resolved in a timely manner though...nothing wrong with good Internet security). Highly recommend though. Will use Expat Tax Professionals every year.
