I used Expat Tax Professionals LLC to handle my American Tax Returns. I was behind in filing and until this year was unaware of my duty to file. Once I learned of it, I decided to get help from a third party company to help me file. Everything went off just fine. The advice I received was comprehensive and quite useful. The information gathering process took quite a while - filing a tax return basically seemed like sorcery to me - but once completed I received the filled-in forms within a week. I had absolutely no problems sending the relevant forms to the IRS and getting my returns back. I actually made money off this tax season because I was made aware of tax credits I didn't know I qualified for. I'll be using them to do my tax returns next year, too.
