Expat Tax CPAs (Divison of PW Tax)Reviews of expattaxcpas.com

The patience and expertise were exceptional. I'm not the easiest client and they made it all work, despite my shortcomings, and without making me feel bad about it. A very very positive experience to work with them.

professional, kind, cooperating , excellent communication. What else can I expect ?

Quick and efficient

Doing taxes is a very stressful experience for me; trying to keep up with all of the documents, foreign tax requirement verbiage and tax code changes that seem to happen yearly. The professionals at Expat Tax CPAs are well verse and knowledgeable in all faucets of my conveluted tax filing process and I have grown to trust them in adding me through this agonizing process. I greatly appreciate all the assistance I received this year from my CPA (Masha).

Professional, Responsive, Quick.

This tool is an excellent way to help providers improve their service! I was very impressed to receive a call from the CEO following my initial comment to understand the basis of my score and comments on the compay's service. It was very encouraging to know that this was not just an administrative exercise and that client feedback was taken seriously. That in itself is worth a 5 star rating! I am sure the key point that I was making about seamless continuity is now well understood and will be implemented. In terms of your main core service which of course is to submit your clients' tax returns in a professional manner - I have no hesitation in rating that core aspect as 5 star.

I was disappointed in the long time it took for my phone calls and emails to be responded to, especially for something that was time sensitive. In addition, I was overcharged without explanation- and only once I raised the issue was it fixed, without so much of an apology or discussion.

They make my life easier. This is why we have been using them for 10+ years
