Recently, a banking issue arose that was out my control which would temporarily impact my finances until it was resolved. Expat Tax CPAs went above and beyond their standard obligation for customer service in helping me overcome this snag. I have been a client of Expat Tax CPAs for a few years and have entrusted them with both my personal and business tax and accounting needs. I have been impressed with the level of personal customer service provided to help me easily navigate the complex issues of being a dual citizen - so much so that I have referred a number of close friends and encouraged my adult children to become Expat Tax CPAs clients. Even when there are the occasional snags, I have been impressed by their ability to communicate and take appropriate action to "do right by their client" in order to maintain and solidify the professional-client relationship.

Patience is something that is missing these days. Patience is not missing from your group. All my questions were answered promptly. I was made aware of what needed to be done in lay persons words. I would recommend your company to others.

I've used PW Tax to do both my Israeli and US taxes for several years. Though there may be cheaper services, I have not shopped around because I've consistently gotten good service. Everyone I've had contact with in the office has been efficient, pleasant, helpful and sensitive to my needs. Because I'm a senior with little business sense, those qualities are very important to me
