Digging around Expandi, which I inherited as a tool, I could see how robust it was but the automated tutorials and chatbot didn't provide enough details to effectively understand all the things the platform could do or how to set it up appropriately for our particular use-case. After having gone through an extremely helpful onboarding call with Neville I couldn't be more excited to dive into this tool more deeply. With the sheer size of our TAM, the things shared on the onboarding call are going to make the execution of what we want to be doing so much easier and efficient. It's always great to talk to a live human when onboarding new tools to the GTM stack and their team clearly knows the platform and can help apply best practices against what you're trying to achieve.

The Costumer service is top shelf, i left a woodpecker for the reason the costumer service was not great, the interface and costumer service is really good.

He didn’t just walk me through the platform — he took the time to explain how to actually use it strategically, sharing tips, best practices, and smart workarounds to maximize results and stay safe. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and proactive in answering questions I didn’t even know to ask yet. You can tell he truly understands both the tool and real-world LinkedIn workflows.
