Free trial, yes I got it. But after free trial, people can forget to cancel the subscription. We didnt use it after testing. But credit card info was there and it automatically charged us. It kept charging month after month without any use of it. When we discover, ooh, hundreds of dollars gone. We asked for a refund, and they are not helpful at all. Support is very bad. Terrible Experience. DO NOT USE EVEN FREE TRIAL!

In most cases, I do not write negative reviews on the internet but always try to help businesses grow with my positive feedbacks. But this time, unfortunately it did not go that way. As a Canadian Marketing Agency owner, I wanted to try Expandi.io to generate leads for my agency but ended up with an unbelievable disappointment not only with the weaknesses of the functions of the tool compared to its rivals but also with the poor payment process. After the free trial, despite the fact that I did not want to go on with Expandi.io, they kept charging 99 USD a month from my banking account until I got notified from my bank. I reached out to the Expandi.io customer service to claim a refund but they rejected to return unfair charges back to my bank account. When they see my reviews on the internet, they reached out to me saying that "If you delete your reviews, we will initiate the refund. After making me deleting the negative reviews, they told me that they cannot refund the payments but can offer me a 2-week-free-trial". I am really shocked with their strategy in handling their customers` requests. As an agency owner for decades, I have never seen such a amateur approach in customer relationships. If you are looking for a trustworthy tool to grow your business or marketing agency by generation leads without any headaches as well as getting a quality customer service that would professionally help you along the way, Expandi.io is definitely not a right address for you. It seems that Expandi`s Europe team does not know professional business standards of North America. What you see on Expandi`s website does not match what you experience in real life with them.

The homepage says it's "reliable" but it's not. The campaign just gets stuck and does not work, the support can't help and doesn't even know why the issue appeared. If you pay in full for the subscription and you stop it mid-billing period to avoid automatic payment and continuing the subscription to the next billing period, the tool just hides all your campaigns data and stops them. So essentially you don't get what you paid for, while the billing period you paid for is still in progress. The documentation seems fine at the first glance, but when you start to really use the tool and it's features, you will learn that a lot of details are not described, support does not know the details too, and the worst part- the support will not even try to understand your request and issue, but instead will throw the docs links to you which do not help and sometimes are not even relevant to your request. That's when you are a paid plan user and pay 99$ a month. Many important features do not work properly or do not work at all. Setting the use of variables is a nightmare even if you follow the docs, condition blocks can just make campaign leads stuck and not move further to any branch, in other words, your campaign will not be working at all.

The tool has so many problems that it's hard to think about which one to begin with. I've tried creating sequence already 6-7 times. And FYI the sequence has over 60 steps, so requires each one to be connected and set up, and messages to be written. So first time I did that and finished it, I discovered the tool is so stupid that I need to manually save it every time I make any change. So all my work was lost. Literally. Second time I've tried creating it and saving every 6-10 steps, but soon discovered it cannot save "SO MANY" steps but I must save every 1 single step. So I tried again... This time I decided to set up all campaign and save each single step manually and customize it (set up delays, etc.) afterwards. And guess what? After I did set up the entire campaign I tried changing the elements, and apparently it was not saving anything anymore!!! I messaged the support and spent like half day with them. Not because the support is talkative, but because it takes them hours to reply to a paying customer! And eventually they asked me doing some stupid things, which I did even before messaging them, like trying from a different browser, incognito mode, different device, etc. And eventually they said everything works well on their end, but I've tried asking friends to SAVE ANYTHING in the new changes, and it didn't work for them too. Eventually I tried again, and it just doesn't work. So all in all - this stupid tool wasted my entire weekend, doesn't work after all, and support is absolutely useless!

Worst Tool ever. Just don't use it, give your money to poor people on the streets. You'll get more ROI there. I tried the tool, but the campaign did not work properly. Contacted the support, they told me, technical support will check that. No estimation how long, or when the technical team will contact me. I canceled the subscription, which i paid 99$ already. Not able to view my account anymore, although i paid for that. Bad support, no refund! Will contact my creditcard provider to get me my money back. What a waste of time!

A company with no integrity, who only care about taking your money. I have been using there software for a while and was previously happy... Until my campaigns stopped working. I was fobbed off and promised it would be looked at for weeks until eventually I cancelled and asked for a refund for the last month considering the software had not worked during that time and I hadn't received what I had paid for. I was told this wasn't company policy... Avoid this company at all costs if your business depends on this software because as soon as things break they do not care.

Avoid this service! It was the worst experience I have ever had with SaaS service. - Scrapping is wholly broken. It randomly returns from 0% to 30% if the actual results - Even after filtering relevant leads and doing your research, the application still messages random people giving severe reputational damage. - Support service doesn't care at all. The application is unusable, and they don't even freeze your subscription. They don't give any ETA on fixing problems. 0/10, Avoid at any cost!
