I subscribed to a trial, but my card was charged for the full amount. In addition, it didn't work anyway - LinkedIn connection never worked and overall it's just not right. I have requested a refund for the subscription I never agreed to pay!

The first invoice of our agency account was wrong, also the conditions we agreed on, in the beginning, they did not follow. We have two invoices that are wrong, nobody cares and they also take weeks to come back with an answer that is also 1st not helpful and second they are simply not willing to help at all.

Software is buggy and I ended up paying for two licenses when I still wasn't using the software. I asked for a refund and the support couldn't care less

I have tried expandi for 2 months. Its not the cheapest so you expect the product to work. It misses messages, and stops connecting with people for over a week on multiple accounts, I try contacting customer support on the day it starts happening and they blame the campaign type and LinkedIn. They don't take responsibility and say they don't do refunds for a service that doesn't work. Just a quick edit to say they did refund after 5 hours of messaging.

Tried a second trial period but still had issues connecting my linkedin account, which was an internal error. It suddenly started working after my trial was finished, which I thought would be extended cause it didn't work properly. I contacted support but they said they couldn't help me cause my trial was already over. Very bad experience paid 100 euros and realized it doesn't meet expectations. No service at all.

Hi so I used expandi and within 24 hours of syncing my account, linkedin completely banned me and shut my account down. Linkedin sent a message saying that the automation tools caused us to be banned. this caused our marketing to backslide and we're still not able to unlock our accounts after a week of reaching out to supports. I reached out to get a refund from expandi and let them know what had happened and to shut down the account. The only reply i got was "our finance team is out of the office right now but they'll be in touch next week some time". They sent an automated message with a link on how to deactivate my account. keep in mind i did chat with the human on this poor service and not a bot. i do not recommend using this tool unless you want to end up in a bad situation.

I never leave reviews but this has to be one of the Worst Automation tools and Headaches I've used. The tool would get stuck and not send out anything for HOURS, sometimes days. It was recommended by Alex Berman, who I thought would take notice to the crap tool he is pushing. Terrible support, they bill your card before the trial ends. I reached out for a refund and haven't heard back. Be aware.

Our agency tended to discover potentials of Expandi. We were very excited with what we read on their website. During the free trial, we realized that the tool is not suitable to generate leads on autopilot but needs more efforts than expected. Its additional functions were underperforming. Our C-suite decided to go with another tool and did not used the Expandi tool after free trial. However, Expandi charged monthly fees for months and got blind to our demands for refund.
