My husband purchased a 8 inch hamster wheel. Somehow the 11 inch came through on the email order confirmation. After contacting customer service of the error we were informed we would have to pay to ship the item back. The wheel itself costs 17$ and return shipping would be 13$. BUYERS BEWARE check your email confirmation to make sure the item you intended to purchase is included because if it isn't this company is not willing to work with you at all. They said they will have their engineer look into the issue.

Great prices and quality

I order mealworms for the robins who visit my yard every year. Sometimes a few linger during Winter when ground is frozen so I started buying them so they had food to eat. Exotic Nutrition has the best prices and quality. They always arrive nicely packaged and very fast. The resealeable bag is also a plus. You can't go wrong if you order from them.
