Care was good - problems with billing
They were prompt, and did great the night i visited. I noticed on billing they did not account for crutches or air cast. I needed documentation for my Aflac Accident ins. Still not resolved. I had to call manager back today. Not resolved but working towards it.

Ugly website, great customer service!
The site is not nice to look at, and the reordering process could be a lot smoother - if you select "reorder" you shouldn't have to go through the whole order process again, it should be a time-saving option. However, my experience of the customer service and delivery fulfillment has been excellent, and that is enough to make me a loyal customer.
