Catheters useless Co Replaced with better solution
The original catheters I purchased were self lubricating catheters to avoid carrying KY jelly on air trips. For someone with moderate arthritis, the lubricant was impossible to open by hand and the catheter was too soft to work with KY. Express medical sent different models quickly and at no charge Not the co but the product at fault. Thanks

Sorry to hear the product did not work for you. I pulled one out of the warehouse and do understand that they are very flexible soft silicone. I am happy to send you samples of systems that may work out better especially during travel. These samples are closed bag and catheter systems 2ea of APOB14F and 2ea MEN1114. EXmed is EXcellent!
I was very pleased with the treatment I received recently when I had to return a purchase. Amy took the time to find out what was unsatisfactory about the product, then gave me the number of customer service of the manufacturer for further help in selecting another product. I ordered the replacement item even before I had time to return the original item and without reservations. I have ordered many medical supplies from Express and will continue doing so in the future.

GREAT PRICES, FAST DELIVERY...PRICELESS.
I shopped around on several home medical websites looking for the best prices for the supplies needed and Express Medical Supply had the best prices and the brands I wanted. Their website was easy to navigate and check out was easy. I will definitely shop with Express Medical Supply for future purchases.

You never know until you hit a snag how great Express Med is for customer service.
I had an issue which I contacted customer service about. The time and attention I received far exceeded expectations. The issue was actually with a manufacturer but Express Med took care of it for me with them and they took care of me by replacing the product.

Problem with VA supplies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have tried for months to get VA to supply my husband with oral swabs, finally gave up and bought them fom Express Medical. The package arrived on time and was excatly what we had ordered, the price was reasonable for what we received. Thank You Express Medical.

Excellent Products and Service
Express Medical Supply was the easist company I have ever worked with in regards to online ordering. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. It had just the right projects and our wheelchair backpack was delievered within a week. Excellent services and products. i would definately buy from this company again.
