I was forced onto Medicare by my employer after becoming disabled. I often feel guilty getting my supplies through Medicare suppliers when I compare the allowable prices with Exmed's regular prices. you have the best employees in the mail order business!I have to pay for my ostomy supplies as I have nonsurance,and your employees have saved me hundreds of dollars.Twice now I have inadvertently ordered the wrong size bag for my wafers,and your employees have caught it,and stopped the order from shipping,called and e-mailed mme,then reentering the order w/the correct codes for the correct size after speaking to me.They have also alerted me to products I frequently use being on sale,as well as manufacturer coupons.I have ordered from many other mail order companies over the yrs,and if I made a mistake in my order,they just shipped the items anyway,and I would wind up w/products Icouldn't use that were non-returnable,costing me hundreds of dollars over the yrs!!.L hope you value your employees,because they are the best!
