We became familiar with your products…
We became familiar with your products during my husband's time in a (very fine) rehab facility. They sent us home with some, & I found that I just couldn't do without those bedside care products when we ran out . In this day of COVID19, when there are so many additional pressures for older people with other medical issues, that ordering products online has become essential to trying to stay safe (leaving the house for shopping or other tasks where a lot of people are, continuing to be dangerous now that the country is "opening back up". It's unfortunately been the case that a great many of the products ordered online are NOT to be shipped & delivered in a timely manner. Yours WERE, we were notified of the status as it made it's way to us, & was delivered in quick time. We're grateful & we will continue to be customers. Thank you ! ! JM Goodman
