I am waiting for an order I put in a week ago! It has not been sent yet due to back order of 1 of the items. I wish they would send me what they do have and send me the back ordered item when they get it! If I go to the store and they are out of toilet paper, I still bring home the other items I need!

As of right now June 8, 20 I have not received my order. I really needed them. My order date was May 30,2020. Received an email that the items where back ordered. I called and they said they would have them drop shipped, customer service was very nice and professional. So it is not Express Medical Supply that is the problem. It is the shipper, I just needed these items for the last two weeks and will definitely need them by Wednesday the 10th of June. Not happy but making do.

Perhaps not a fair rating as as my experiences have always been positive with Express Medical. I did not give them the highest mark due to their policy of requiring $95 before shipping is free. A petty complaint but still a $50 dollar purchase would make me happier.
