we have ordered from express a few times. usually we call. this time we ordered entirely on line. for first time they have sent 2 boxes instead of one. so our receiving costs doubled. not a big deal ; but was disappointing !

I bought a rollator from Express Medical Supply. The product is of excellent quality, and was delivered in a couple of days. I am very pleased with this company, and would use them again if needed.

These guys are usually great and two out of the three items I ordered are perfect. However the exam gloves are a joke. The description and name of the gloves would lead you, or at least it did me, that these were some sort of a different material than Nitrile which I do not like. The worst part is that they are really undersized. I ordered the "L" size as that's what I normally wear in either latex or nitrile material gloves. I wear a size 8 in a sterile surgical glove which pretty much duplicates the size "L" in exam gloves, not the case here. I could not get them on my hands. I am not impressed especially for the price.

The product is fine, I give three stars because the website kinda pints to where you get 5 in a box for the price. I received the item and noticed it was only one per price of over $20 with tax and other charges. I think this price is crazy for ppl who need this item. $20 for a patch u can only keep in for 2-3 days at the most. I did some research and talk to my insurance co and found the exact same ones and covered by insurance and will cost me a whole $1.99 a piece. Needless to say I will not be ordering anymore.

The coloplast exterier cath, was very plyably on the end and colaspest alot cutting off flo, but the other extra hold did real well holding but harder to slide on tube

I would have given a better star rating. But out of all times I have ordered this time was horrible. My delivery date was changed 3 times after a week of waiting. I have ordered the same products before on a Thursday or Friday and received them by Saturday or Monday around noon. No USPS was used. It has been ups delivery before this time. Need to stick to ups and not USPS. Due to the mixed up delivery dates my catheter was delayed by a week. Which was not good. Please keep your customers in mind when their paying for ups shipping and they get USPS shipping instead. This is unfair to the customer. Thanks

I love that medical supplies for male urinary catheters are available for me. Since having only a PO Box shipping address that eliminates faster delivery when I am out of supplies, this has been a problems. I receive status and alerts from the USPS mobile app when delivery has been made, so I see no reason why I have to be locked into Ground Shipping?

Priority mail shipping to Hawaii is outrageous!! Hawaii is part of the U.S. but yet we're treated like international customers. I really would like to see the shipping rate reduced.
