I order an unpopular item from Express Med. Even though they said it is back ordered I still received it within 1 week. In addition, I found this item on the website, but it was not the correct size. I called Express Med and the person I spoke to looked up the item, saw they could get the correct size and placed the order. This all took only a few minutes. Very impressed with the company and their customer service
