They always get the order correct and it arrives quickly. The website is a little clunky, though.

With the last couple orders of RUS10096140 (Rusch cath kit) I have not been able to advance the catheter through the protective tip. It is as if the tip does not have a hole in it. I did not want to use it without the tip due to the UTI risk involved so I could not use a number of the catheters, about 25% of them. Please notify Rusch and let them know there is a problem. Order recived faster than I thought order was correct and packaged nicely

I have been happy with Express Medical since 2002. My question is about Surgilube prices. These have risen approximately 195% over the past 10 years, almost 20% per year, year after year. No similar rise is seen in other products, e.g. catheters. Is there any reason for the inflation in this product in particular? It's not just Express Medical, all the suppliers do this.
