Overall I am satisfied with the products I bought, the prices are reasonable as well as the shipping time. I like the fact that prices of the products that I mostly need and use are less expensive on Express Medical Supply than other site that I've been using. Wish I could see some more options to choose from when buying certain products though. Also, I think that free shipping should start from the purchase of $50, rather than $95.

i did not find out where to ask any questions before i ordered-(stockings & donner). Apparently i ordered the wrong tension for them & could not even get my toes inside them because they were so tight. I simply gave up when i saw the donner & decided to not even try with that. (i did not even know whether to order by shoe size or calf and ankle size). Also--did not like the bronze color.

I signed in today to order two more. And I can afford it. Thank you.

Service was the fastiest of anything I have ordered online.. Being disabled, I do a lot of online shopping. Only thing is they could have sent in smaller package and shipping would have been less, but thats ok, was worth getting fast. I'm sure I will be ordering from them again..

I have been wearing a leg bag for ten years now. I have tried many different bags and support attachments. I am very physically active and have a good feel for works for me. Leg Bags What happened to the Rusch deluxe button leg bag D5019? This bag had a felt liner on the inside that touched the skin area that kept skin perspiration minimal and the elastic bands did not roll up in you leg hair. The toggle drain worked good also. That in combo with the buttons made for a really great comfortable leg bag easy to adjust and quick to put on.. I was told Rusch no longer make theD5019 450ml. Maybe you could find an equivalent replacement or get them to make it with your brand name on it. I ordered another Rusch bag but the straps are difficult to put on quickly. I do not like the feel of the plastic bag against my leg skin. The push-to- drain is a seems okay for now. The straps and buttons are m0re uncomfortable and harder to adjust. I ordered another type which is a button bag, but the flat tubing to the condom catheter seems to kink or collapse. Once again no felt liner on the inside of the leg bag. My leg skin sticks to the plastic. The button elastic straps have elastic rubber exposed in the strapping and also pulled my leg hair and pinched the skin. The leg extension tubing to the bag is excellent because there is more flexibility and the tubing is robust. The boxes of condom catheters are excellent value and quality. (Although I pay for theses myself your condom catheters are half the price of what medicare is being charged by other suppliers.) I do not use the foam tape as it creeps undone due to the nature of the adhesive. I have tried it a number of times. The Skin-Preps 420400 are excellent. The act as an adhesive/seal for the condom. They really work well to protect my the skin. I also use them for skin abrasions and irritations. Bed bags with the metal pinch clips are excellent. They work more consistently than the plastic crimps. The plastic one can break or are hard to manually work and harder to keep clean.. Your shipping and packing are always on time and packed good.
