I ordered products, and they emailed me back that it was on back order and may take a week to come in. 2 days later I received my products by priority mail!!! I have used them for several years now and they have never let me down. I have talked with customer service before and find them friendly and they know their business.

If you need it, they've got it. Your stuff arrives quickly, and it is always correct. Have not had to change anything or return anything, but I did have a technical question that they answered quickly and accurately. Couldn't ask for anything more!

if i paid for priority mail, i should get my order, as scheduled, even if one of my order is mentions as back ordered, the rest should have been shipped out instead, not wait till the back order comes in and then you ship it out, if so i should get some kinda of discount or a partial refund on my shipping, cause i paid for priority shipping. most company send partial order with out asking, and let you know items back ordered will be sent when it comes in. but since i didn't read the comment about (If this delay in shipment causes problems please let us know. We may be able to ship a partial order, recommend a substitute or provide another solution to meet your needs) But next time i sure will. Since i have had made many orders from this company and was very happy i gave it the 5 stars, cause this is the first time i had this situation
