Shelia Thanks for your feedback. I have called the New York company who manufactures the BZK wipes. They have acknowledged the addition of vitamin E and Aloe to the formulation without changing the product number. It is my belief that the company did not notify the distributors (like ourselves) of this formulation change (we did note the addition of the word "Hygea" to the package). I have asked the PDI company Quality Assurance to help resolve the issue and in the mean time will have a credit issued to your account for the full amount of purchase with shipping. If you have already started the return process for the items to come back to us, we will also credit your account for that amount as well. If you have not started the return, just keep or dispose of the unwanted product. Please accept our sincere apologies for this change in formulation and for your personal aggravation. I have also requested the manufacturer to look to see if they have any of the older product available.
