I love the lotion that I bought. I have really dry callused feet and it works really well.

Almost perfect...
I am very satisfied with the merchandise, the unbeatable price and easy online experience. But, and this is a big but, I was very discouraged by some reviews where the customer had to cancel after their orders were back-ordered, even though the items show in stock. I trusted you guys, and guess what, YOU DID IT TO ME TOO. I decided to wait a little bit and patience paid off. I will definitively order again from Exmed.net, but I will not do so before calling and making sure what I need is in stock....you see the implications, don't you?

Mostly satisfied. I feel your price point for "free delivery" , $95 is excessive. I believe a more fair amount would be $50.
Since I tend to wait to the last miinute to place the vast majority of my orders I rarely take the time to shop around. I am doing that now. Only you have the numbers to review this policy and comparisons to other providers. I am thinking that some combination of triggers could make this more palatable to you. eg: If a customer is a repeat customer AND spends at least $50 in the last three months could trigger free delivery. OR, you could track customer buying and offer the customer free shipping if they(me) instead of waiting until the last minute your tracking could tell me to purchase more products a few times a year instead of waiting until the last minute. You get a bigger order and I get free shipping. Anyway, just a couple of thoughts on the fly. Have a good weekend.

You may be interested in our Auto-ship program which is designed for customers who know they will need supplies in the future but have a hard time remembering to order in advance. The supplies can be set up to ship at a scheduled time After we call or notify you and get approval at the scheduled date. This has helped many people over the years.
