I have used this web site for years, They ship the same day or next day and I always get my supplies within a week. I have only had to use customer service once or twice in the years of service and have been very satisfied with it. awesome job guys, keep up the good work Kelly M

My most recent order is one of many over about a one-year period. Very aptly named, "Express", that with qualifying orders is spot-on with delivery and accuracy of order. Have never experienced a back-order or shipping error! I'm a very satisfied customer with both the quality of the products & the integrity of the on-line process. Keep up the good work!!

Your weighted silverware was a God send to my father. He does not have Parkinson's but a related disorder. Thank you so much for the quality product, excellent shipping time and superior customer service. Samuel Holmes
