Express Medical SupplyReviews of exmed.net

Despite some confusing email notifications that my order had been shipped (I must have had four notifications), the merchandise did arrive, just as I'd ordered it. An online search showed EMS to have the best prices anywhere.

Very good quality and very prompt in processing and shipping

I was pleased with the speed of service, I received the order within 2 or 3 business days of placing it. There prices are very good but the shipping and handling charge is exorbitant. One item I ordered separately was under four dollars but S &H was nine dollars. They need to have some kind of cheaper shipping.

Received the order really fast. The only problem was that we ordered the wrong size.

I think your prices are great and the turn around time on the receiving the product was excellent .what I didn't like was my package was not taped well and it was open when I received it,also I think it shouldn't be an option if a client wants a privacy package or not.privacy is vey important to any medical client.

The search engine on this website is very helpful. You can type in a key word and it will bring up multiple different related items. I found this to be quite helpful as some items I was searching for I didn't know names for. The prices on this site are pretty decent. Some things are a little overpriced (hence the 4 star rating). Shipment was pretty quick, however shipping costs seem a bit high and in order to get free shipping you have to spend at least $95. Seems a little steep to me. Product descriptions are so-so. It would be nice to have more/better pictures of the different products so you have a better idea of what you are buying. If I found an item I was interested in I actually had to do a couple google searches to get more info on this product (4 stars not 5). Overall, I am pretty happy with this site for medical supplies. They have a lot of different products varying in all different categories. I'm actually going to place a second order shortly because I found some more products I need. Oh! And one major plus is the option at check out for them to include a free printed catalog along with your package. This was nice because flipping through pages is quicker and easier (sometimes) than browsing online. I like this store and I would recommend it to anyone else interested in the products they have to offer. Oh- by the way- I am a T-5 paraplegic (semi-complete) with no use of my legs at all. I found some everyday life helpful products here! Hope this review helps you. Have a good day & God Bless!

The products I have ordered have always been exactly what I hoped for and have always arrived in a very timely manner.

After learning the website I was able to find most things I need and at a fantastic cost. The variety is great and availability consistent. Yet I feel the cost of a few items to ship is too high which makes small emergency orders impractical. An example is that buying a few essential very light items could be shipped for not much over a dollar (in an envelope) and would arrive in 2 days instead of 5. So I have to find somewhere close for those situations. But overall I feel like I will continue to order from exmed with increasing volume.
