A call was placed on a Saturday for information and an order was also placed. I received a return phone call on Monday and the order was delivered on Tuesday. That is good customer service!

I received my order in full as it was described on time when promised. I thought the shipping was a little high, the website said free shipping on $90 or more. I had an order of $92 and was still charge a shipping fee. But all in all, everything was as it should be and the full order came when promised.

I have used Exmed for many years now. They deliver in a timely fashion all of the same products that you would find it your local medical supply. The price is usually about a 20% savings. Orders over a certain price have no delivery fee. The products come quickly and are packaged neatly. As a quadriplegic I have use them for many years for virtually all of my medical supply needs.
