Express Medical Supplies is top notch! I've been dealing with this company for close to 10 years now. While I mostly order my supplies on-line, those times that I've called their Customer Service Representatives were knowledgeable, polite, and conversed with you like we were friends for years! Their Website is amazing. Establishing "favorites" makes re-ordering a snap. A good suggestion would be to establish "favorites" order templates. Those would be templates already completed with your most common items. It would speed up order process by a simple click to order and check out. While "5" stars is the highest rating here, in my opinion it is low. A perfect "10" in my book

I contacted customer service because one item was on back order. I asked to have the rest of the order shipped . They said no problem and I received it within days.
