Great service. I was really surprised when my order arrived so soon (2 days) since I used the cheapest shipping method available. Even the least expensive method was pretty steep. It was two thirds the cost of the item I ordered. What I ordered was a 26" grabber. I've had several of this brand and they are troublesome. The cord stretches so I have to adjust it occasionally. The plastic handle has broken off on a couple. I just haven't been able to find a better one shopping online.

Was relieved to find what I needed at this website. Had surgery and was sent home with a few items . My pharmacy ordered a few things from his supplier and I was being charged 2 to 3 times more than what I purchased them for here . Wait was not as long either.

Placed two orders and they were initially on "back order." Before these orders were placed, the customer service person helped me with a rush order and this was greatly appreciated.

Found just what I needed at a very reasonable price. It shipped very promptly, too. Only drawback was cost of shipping for one small item was $8.75.

The ordering was very easy and the delivery was fast. The only complaint is when I priced each unit I found it to be twice the amount from Walmart or BJ's.

Thought the delivery took longer than expected. Product arrived in excellent condition.

Ordering from your company was easy and the product arrived very promptly

Generally I'm happy with the products and service but I did have some minor problems with two items on a previous order. 1. Large Dynarex Prep pads - the wipes are individually wrapped and saturated with alcohol. 1 out of 3 packs had no wipe - just alcohol. 2. TENA Belted Undergarments - Sometimes the button holes are not fully cut through the material and sometimes they are cut too close to the edge so they tear out too easily.
