I called Express Medical Supply to make sure the item I was looking for was in stock before ordering online. They verified it was (very polite CSR) and would take three business days to reach me, so I ordered the item. Sure enough, three days later, the item arrived in excellent condition. The price was one-third of what my unpaid cost would have been to go with a local company - after the insurance paid portion! I'm very pleased with the price and service. If I need any other supplies, I will definitely check with Express to see if they stock what I might need first.
