Product arrived quickly; however, the shipping charges were exorbitant. The small lightweight plastic clamp cost $5, and we were charged $8.95 for regular shipping.

Placed order on Sept. 4th, today is the 11th. Immediately got email saying what I just ordered was on back order. Called them and was told that they didn't have any and would order that day. Haven't heard from them since by phone or email. Don't know when to expect it. Why did they take order and charge me when they could have put zero in inventory.

Package arrived in excellent time really surprised it got here thatvquickly. . Only problem noted was that cap on one of the bottles of hand and body lotion was not secure and it leaked a decent amount into the separate bag it was packaged in other than that no problem will order again as needed.
