The item that I ordered was too big; I called to see if I could exchange it and was granted the satisfaction of being able to return the large for the medium with no problems. Since it was an exchange, it was necessary for the original to be received before the replacement was sent out. The whole process took less than two week.s Very Good Customer Service.

I ORDERED THE RINSELESS SHAMPOO CAPS DUE TO HAVING A SHOULDER SURGERY, HAVEN'T HAD A CHANCE TO USE YET, MY SURGERY WAS RE-SCHEDULED, BUT I HAVE HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM, A COLUMNIST IN THE LOCAL PAPER HAD USED THEM, AND I THOUGHT I WOULD ORDER SOME... I recently orderd from Express Medical for the first time. Navigating the web site and placing the order was easy - once I was able to decide which product I wanted to order. The order was shipped promptly. However after ordering and before receiving the items, my mother fell more seriously ill and was hospitalized. She was then placed in a skilled care facility.
