The extra cost for shipping was probably more a matter of urgency on my part, but still seemed just a bit high, even for overnight. Regardless, product was exactly what I needed and arrived fast. A bit of a life-saver really and I won't forget when ordering other supplies in the future.

I was a little skeptical buying from a website I've never used before but I received my confirmation email and then a tracking number the next day. My package arrived on time and was what I ordered and expected. The cushion works pretty well the only issue I have with it (the cushion) is that if I'm in a hurry to get in my car and don't place it just right it is still uncomfortable but if properly placed and sat on then it is great for a smooth ride with no pain.

I bought two asthma inhaler "spacers" or "chambers" that go between an inhaler and your mouth, to distribute the medication optimally. The fulfillment service was flawless. One brand of chamber, Monaghan, had instructions enclosed within the factory wrapping of the device. Another did not. I paid about 1/4 what my neighbor paid for his device from a major drugstore chain. I returned a week later to buy a small "flutter device" that helps in clearing mucus from the lungs, and Express Medical Supply did not have any for sale.

A good assortment and reasonably priced.
