I have been shopping exmed for a long time. Keep getting e mail alert for sales and discount yet price is always the same . Good fast shipping, and reliable company. Where's the discount or sale.?

Order was very easy to place. Came in a timely manner but was not what we ordered! I called customer service and was connected in seconds. The girl I spoke with was very friendly and efficient in getting our order corrected.

I ordered my supplies online. It was easy and the items arrived quickly. USPS has flat rate packages which ship several dollars cheaper, so it might be cost effective for Express to look into using them because it would save them from having to buy boxes and lower the cost to ship for them also, then they could pass the savings onto us if they feel so inclined.

I ordered 4 tubes of Ilex cream but only recieved 2 tubes but they explained that they discontinued the product and sent me what they had on hand. Also nice because they only charged me for the 2 tubes instead of the 4 tubes I originally ordered.

Quick delivery. All the items I ordered were neatly and tightly packed in the box. Not loose, and moving all over the place in a box way too big for the items, as with a past supplier. Thank you.

It's my first purchase and it's done online in the overseas. I asked Expres Mdeical Supply (EMS) to deliver my order to a friend who was travelling in the States. As suggested, my order would take 3-5 working days, and it finally took 4 days to reach the hotel my friend stayed. During the whole course I received emails which updated me on the various stages of delivery. I find the service is prompt and reliable. If they can lower the minium purchase amount, it would be nice though. I would recommend EMS to other shoppers.
