I have been dealing with Express Medical for a number of years with only positive results. I believe it to be impossible to improve upon an already exceptional experience and would not deal with anyone else at this point.

I feel the seat is wider than it need to be and it is shorter than my elongated bowl. It also raises me to high. I should have ordered the 800 lb model. So far the seat is durable but I have only had it for 3 days. More time is needed to give a fair evaluation. Express Medical Supply did a great job. They informed me about when the order was shipped and I received it on time. They did a good job. Note: The 5 star rating would not light up, but that is my opinion 5 stars.
