The bandages I got were just what my wife needed to wrap her sore wrist and arm with. It's especially helpful that there is Velcro grip on both ends. No problem putting them on and securing them with one hand and it doesn't matter which end you start wrapping with first. Easy to get started wrapping and easy to secure when wrapped.
