Ordered batteries for our scooter, they worked perfectly and arrived 2 days after I ordered them.

I just received a new chin strap. It is just like the old one that I have; however, the design of the product is not very good. They last about two months and fall apart. I don't know if there is a better design and I don't have a catalog to select another style. I also noticed that the whisper head straps don't last as long as the older models. The older models where made out better plastic and suck to your face so you did not have as many leaks at night while sleeping. The new model has cloth around the plastic and will slip on your face. Do you have any suggestion?
