We had experience in past ordering from different company, which caused big dissapointment: the gloves were closing on opposite side that normal quadriplegic quads and when my son talked to Customer Service guy explaining that the gloves are useless to him, the representative said that he is on wheelchair also and he can' t accept the return. Anyway swe are so happy to find this company. And I've ordered regular delivery, thinking that I will have to return the items anyway, but to my big surprise the gloves were shippe via " priority mail" and we received them on third day since order went through. Thank you guys!!!!
