I am the caregiver for my elderly 93 yr. old father. He has a catheter. The only drainage bag I will use is one that this company carries, as it is hard to find. It's the Covidien Dover urine drainage bag REF 6206. Surprisingly it's about the same price as ones without the trigger release port.

I needed to order some medical appliances whilst on vacation in the US, and Exmed got the items to me as required in the time specified. The ordering process was clear and easy to use but it would have been really helpful if I'd been able to pay with my overseas credit card. Unfortunately this wasn't possible so I had to call on a relative to help out - but apart from this I was very happy with the service.

Delivery was fast. Faster than I expected. The items were priced OK. If I have a complaint is that the intructions on the leg band were not enough. I had to figure a way to do it. This is why I gave just 4 stars.

I have a plethora of health issues. I get my Hatch Wheelchair gloves here. The only place I can find gloves with a full thumb and half fingers. Each pair last about 90 days.... I've also ordered a great pair of newly designed forearm crutches, unfortunately, they have been on back order for a month or so, but they do email updates from the manufacturer. I was last told they will be in around May 20th...

I must negotiate my life while having to manage paraplegia and chronic pain. Were it not for online services I'd probably have to forgo shopping for many of the supplies I use/need. You seem to carry what I need plus what I may not need but what makes life easier. I am impressed with your service: from finding the things I need to the on-time delivery of what I need, including the packaging of the items. Seems to me you use a surplus of packaging material. The expense of medical supplies has too much portioned for profiteer; I don't like that game. I find the near daily ExMed ads in my email excessive. I don't need/ want the reminders.

Upon receiving my second order I was short 70 tubes of ointment. I called the 800 and spoke with Tara explaining that I received 2 tubes of ointment not the 2 boxes of 24 that the in our stated. The rest of the order was fine. She assured me that it would be taken care of. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable speaking with her. She let me know that the ointment was on back order and would be shipped as soon as possible with no additional shipping charges. I am pleased with the service and delivery that I have experienced thus far and plan to place orders as necessary.

I have had my binder for a week now and the Velcro is not holding. You should make a larger area for more coverage with the Velcro. Please advised as I spent over $70 for a binder to hold me until I get hernia surgery and it's not even lasting a week
