I qualified for free ground shipping that said it would take longer, but the product still arrived very quickly, within a week. It came in discreet packaging, no extra charge. The product is exactly what I needed at the right price. Very happy.

Ordering online is quick and simple. Products usually arrive within 3 days. Company works quickly to handle any problem but I've ordered my supplies about every three months for several years now and I've only one problem. The problem was with the manufacturer and not Express Med. Ex Med promptly gave me a refund for the product.
