I would order more often and frequently if it weren't for the shipping cost. I order foley anchors and leg bag holders that ship in an envelope. I tend to order more from websites with free shipping. My orders are under 1#.

Order was easy. They came on time. One concern is that they shipped in the box that said everywhere external condom catheters. If I had not been using them for a long time this non discrete packaging might have bothered me.

Very excited to have found this site online. I live in a small town and there's no medical supply stores around here that sold catheters. I was running low and ordered them here just in case I needed more. The day they arrive I no longer needed them but better safe than sorry. I ordered them online on Saturday and they arrived by Wednesday. I was surprised! If I need supplies again this is where I will get them.

2nd purchase, same quick shipping. Had problem with 1st purchase, and they replaced unit as soon as they recd it.

The 2 adult bibs I ordered for my cousin are very good quality - thick, large, nice colors.
