The product is very good

What you get when you buy from Express Medical Supply
Sale pricing is excellent. Fast S&H. Privacy packaging when requested. I'll buy from them again. I gave 4 stars because I've had 4 failures of the Medline Drainage bags. Even w/ those failures I still feel the catheter, stat lock & drainage bag system is the best option and best all around for those w/ an indwelling catheter.

I have been happy with your Medline bags,along with the price . I think this is my 4th or 5th order. Oh , also they were shipped faster than I expected considering the pandemic . Bard Statlock kit - missing items
I recently purchased Bard Statlock devices. When I received them I checked them. Two of them included only one Lerna Skin Protectant Prep Pad instead of the normal 2 prep pads. This meant I had to purchase separately a box (50) of Skin Protectant Prep pads in order to be able to use the Statlock devices that only included one. One is not nearly enough to cover the entire area.

I am new at this and when I purchased…
I am new at this and when I purchased this.item I was looking for the pull up diapers. So when the package arrived I opened it immediately. And to my surprise it was not. what I expected. I called your company for a return and I was told that your company could not accept it because it had been open. How was. I suppose to see them. Now I am stock with a merchandise I can't use. Do you have a solution?
