Within a few days of receiving this expensive piece of equipment, it snowed. I looked, frantically, on the website for care instructions. I did not know whether it was safe to put down salt. I could not find any information and I know this is not returnable. I couldn't find any information on replacing the non-skid covering either in case I ruined it.

The product is good , but customer service is LACKING ! Part of the product we received was not right . I asked to have the right item shipped and a box/envelope to send back the wrong envelope . Maybe it is a mix up in the name ?. The survey is saying Ralph Martin ,but the shipping label says Marilyn Martin . We got a survey to do ,but no reply to our inquiry ! Not right . I need this order made right !

I have been using these alcohol preps for years, so of course I am happy with them, but I don't see why they were sent by express mail at great expense when I didn't ask for them on an emergency basis.

The Roho mattress cover that we received was not the one pictured on the website. The website showed a zippered cover. What we received has elastic to hold it in place just like a fitted sheet. We decided to go with it rather than return.

You take too long to ship and it is far too expensive; even worse there is no way to tell if what we are ordering is in stock or not. What you sell is sometimes time-critical; you treat it as if you were selling toasters. Ordering from you is a roll of a dice-- it isn't a consistent service.

I ordered merchandise at what I considered a fair price It was delivered in a reasonable time in good condition No problems, nothing exceptional to praise

Bottles are easy to use but do not seem to generate much humidification from the compressor.

The product was great but the shipping cost of this single item was more expensive.
