Express from the wagon train hardly this century
Having a problem receving my products a few are on Backorder so they stop the shipment of all my products! This is not Express is fast quick moving along. I called and in the past they sent the product and anything on B/O was sent later. I need these things and there holding me up because of a couple items I had star at 3 but more I think about it this is bad business. POOR! Have to fine another distributor.

Roy, I apologize for the confusion, we did split ship your order. You will receive your order today by FedEx, it is 4 boxes. There is one box that is on a manufacturer delay till next week. We will ship that separately when it arrives. I am sorry you have been frustrated, thank you for your patience.

Size
It did not come in the size I ordered. It got bigger.

Did not have the neoprene exam gloves available so had to cancel order

Wish there was better
The silvasorb gel that was ordered is quite expensive, for such a small tube, but lacks any moisture and is hard to spread over wounds. The comsistency causes pain, since you basically have to press the gel into the area. The bottle was also half empty, although sealed.

Jasmine, I am sorry that the Silvasorb gel did not work well for you. All of the wound care products with ionic silver in them are very expensive, to you and to us.
