I was trying a new ostomy product and ordered the wrong wafer . When I called customer service they were very helpful. They sent me out the correct wafer with no shipping charges . They were at my door the next morning. It was my mistake but they made everything right with no extra cost to me. Great prices and fast shipping as well !!!!
