The item I ordered was identical to the picture. My packages arrived in about three days.

I ordered a cervical neck pillow and it came within a week. While the pillow felt like a brick the first night, my neck is so much better and I am getting used to it.

I thought the web sight had a couple glitches. You must be very specific on what you are looking for and have the correct name that this sight uses for a product. Shipping rates seem a little bit high to me, but I wanted to try this product. As a whole though I found what I wanted at a good price and received my order In a timely manner. I will use this sight again when I need supplies.
