The adhesive foam tape on Texas…
The adhesive foam tape on Texas catheter is very very poor. Will not hold and makes use impossible. I either want replacement or refund. Shipping was very expensive which I was willing to pay but product is absolute unsatisfactory. Richard Taylor MD

Covid19 item arrived smashed due to…
Covid19 item arrived smashed due to defective packaging. Walmart would not refund $43 as item is 3rd party. Mailer refund not available as printer broken. This to a senior with no car who depends on others for transportation. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SAD: NO ITEM; NO REFUND

Very disappointed
I ordered a bottle of adhesive and it was a mess when I received it. The top had not been put on securely and adhesive had leaked out all over the box. I emailed the company but have not received any response yet. Very disappointed.

Was charged over $300 for order
Was charged over $300 for order. Days later was told item back ordered. Still waiting to hear anything or to at least receive a credit. Very poor customer service. Would like to get my money back but doubtful it will happen.
